Civil Approved Agency – CIVAA coordinates the implementation of airspace management functions (ASM - Airspace Management) at level 2 between civilian airspace users and AMC (Airspace Management Cell).

Military Approved Agency – MILAA coordinates the implementation of airspace management functions (ASM - Airspace Management) at level 2 between military airspace users and AMC (Airspace Management Cell).

Military Approved Agency - MILAA is Department for policy and airspace management protection at Sector for Policy and Planning at the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina has established the Air Traffic Management Committee with the goal of achieving strategic management of the Bosnia and Herzegovina’s airspace, (level 1)and for the preparation of proposals significant for the management of the BIH airspace.

Representatives of the Air Traffic Management Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina are nominated at the proposal of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Directorate of Civil Aviation, Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency and Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
